Public Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of March, 2002, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at Eastern Arizona Ag Center, in the Town of Thatcher, Graham County, Arizona, the Graham County Sheriff's Department will hold a public auction to sell to the highest bidder, with a minimum bid of $1,000.00 per item, for cash in lawful money of the United States, all the right, title, claim and interest in Five Belarus 8011L Tractors, One International 784 Tractor, and one Toyota Forklift Truck. The auction is to satisfy delinquent personal property taxes for taxpayer ID# 9450210016, Arizona Apple Orchard, wich includes the base tax amount of $15,566.40, delinquent taxes, together with interest and costs incurred. If the owner/lien holder(s) pays the required amount before the sale date, the sale will be cancelled. All bidders must arrive one hour prior to sale in order to register. Sale cancellations may be verified by calling the Sheriff's Department Tax Unit at (928) 428-3141 extension 3712.
